Certificates and labels are generated automatically, for spay or neuter, microchip, vaccinations, health certificates, chart and X ray labels, and prescription labels. Inventory and procedures are integrated with billing, items deduct automatically at checkout, with preloaded items and editable fields for quantities, cost, and reminder cycles. Invoicing is paperless, branded with your logo, supports estimates, discounts, taxes, payments, and notes. Reporting exports to Excel, including income analysis, taxes, reminders, inventory, invoices, and deleted transactions. Data is encrypted with nightly backups, and the platform supports small animal, mobile, and equine workflows.
