From academia to nursing schools to private practice every program has a curriculum. The harder part is knowing whether each learner is actually reaching competency, and having the records to show it. Most existing tools are clunky, hard to customize, and built for logging after the fact rather than for feedback in the moment. VetNebula was designed around how clinical teaching really happens. The coach and learner have the feedback conversation in real time, at the point of care. The learner records their own self-reflection along with the coach's assessment along so the documentation burden doesn't fall on busy clinicians. If a session gets interrupted, learners can send an asynchronous feedback request, and coaches can also start feedback themselves. Programs load their own curriculum and competency frameworks, including EPAs and custom milestones, rather than bending the program to fit the software. Program directors and faculty can then follow each learner's progress toward entrustment over time, and VetNebula tags struggling learners so programs can step in early rather than finding out at the end of a rotation or year. Programs also have solid documentation for accreditation and program review. VetNebula is in use across 11 BluePearl hospitals, where an initial pilot became a full enterprise contract. Pilots are available for programs that would like to start with a smaller group.
