VetCare is a chronic care management platform for veterinary clinics. It connects the clinic's web-based dashboard to patient-facing mobile apps - GlycoPet for diabetic pets and CerePet for dogs with epilepsy - giving practices real-time visibility into patient health between appointments. Pet owners enroll via a QR code (provided to the clinic), create an account, and log daily health data through the VetCare PWA. When opted in, their data syncs in real time to the clinic dashboard, where staff can review charts, trends, and daily logs without phone calls. A built-in 2-way messaging center supports direct, secure communication between clinicians and pet owners. The clinic dashboard consolidates all enrolled patients in one interface. Practitioners can review glucose readings, seizure logs, medication compliance, and activity levels across multiple chronic-care patients. Chart views support 30, 90, and 180-day timeframes with daily data points. Branded and Advanced plan options allow clinics to display their logo and name on patient-facing enrollment pages, signage, and flyers. LabNotes - included in the Advanced plan - is a voice-to-SOAP scribe built directly into the clinic dashboard. Clinicians dictate patient notes from their phone; the audio is parsed and delivered to the dashboard in SOAP format with options to copy or export. VetCare supports canine and feline diabetes and canine epilepsy. LabNotes and patient apps are Progressive Web Apps that install to any device without an app store download.
